Welcome to my site! I would love to tell you just a tiny bit about me.
First and foremost, I am a wife and mother. I married my highschool sweetheart, Mike and this year we celebrated 25 years married. He is my rock and my biggest cheerleader and I could not ask for a more amazing life partner! Ironically, in highschool I was the cheerleader and he was a football player.
Together, Mike and I have 3 amazing kids: Jake (23), Sam (19), and Mia (11). As you can imagine that keeps us very busy.
My love for photos has always been there. I recall as a small child looking through photo albums everytime I visited my grandparents home. Once I had children I of course took so many photos at home and paying big box photography studios. After I had Sam, I really started learning about the camera and had my first paying shoot in 2006. Wow have I grown since then.
I am also a social worker. If you happen to visit the ER at Cardinal Glennon you might see my running around. I work there part time. This job is exhilerating, engine revving, and adreneline pumping. It is a fulfilling job and it can also be pretty taxing so Im glad to have photography as an outlet. Photography is a passion for me, it is one of my biggest stress relievers and outlets.
I hope that you will consider me as your family photographer. I feel so blessed to be in this industry and work with so many awesome families. Many of them have become friends.
Above you will see just a few photos of my family, beautifully photographed by my talented friend, Tiffany.
"I highly recommend Terri Stoff she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has captured so many amazing shots that I will treasure forever. She makes everyone feel completely comfortable and her images are stunning it’s so hard to pick a favorite! She is extremely talented! You will not be disappointed!"
There is no question that custom Portraiture is an investment. It is not a fly by the seat of your pants decision or expenditure. So why is it important? Why should you save money to get these images.
Well they truly are once in a lifetime! Your only pregnant for 9 short months (though I know at the time it feels like a lifetime). Your newborn is only sleepy and curly with those wrinkles for a few weeks. I promise you that once he/she is only 2 weeks it will feel like they have grown enough for a full year already. Your sweet baby grows so fast in the first year, smiling, then rolling, then sitting, and then they are walking, no running and off on their own. I know you do not want to forget any of those details. And it only goes from there. Soon they are toddlers with giant personalities. Then they have those adorable toothless grins and grow into themselves as big kids then adolescents before your eyes. It goes so fast. I myself look at my 16 year old and think how can it be?
So, really that is why. Is there any question? The big answer is because it is important to capture all of those changes. It is important to have those memories for the rest of their lives and for generations to come. Exist in photos with them! I promise that they will look at those with loving eyes and be forever grateful that you got in photographs with them.
These images are prized possessions for all time. So, take the time to schedule a session, to save money if you need to. It is worth it. Memories are truly priceless!
