Ava - Senior 2026 Forest Park

Sweet, sweet Ava. She is one of a handful of my St. Louis seniors this year that I have had the honor of photographing for their entire life — and wow, that realization definitely makes me feel a little old. But it also fills my heart in the best way.

I photographed Ava as a newborn, and I’ve had the joy of capturing her and her family many times over the years. Watching her grow into this confident, beautiful young woman has been incredibly special.

A St. Louis Senior Session at Forest Park

For her senior adventure session, Ava chose Forest Park — and wow, what a perfect choice. Forest Park is one of my favorite locations for St. Louis senior photography, offering so much variety, natural beauty, and timeless scenery.

Ava absolutely shined during her session. She brought five amazing outfits, each one highlighting a different side of her personality and style. We photographed until it was plum dark out, chasing that last bit of light, and every moment was worth it.

Beyond the photos, I loved catching up with Ava and her momma — reminiscing, laughing, and reflecting on just how quickly time passes.

Watching St. Louis Seniors Grow Is a True Gift

One of the greatest blessings of being a photographer is working with families year after year. I am so grateful to have a large group of clients I’ve known for decades — watching them grow, thrive, and step confidently into adulthood.

Seeing kids I once photographed as newborns now becoming St. Louis high school seniors is truly full-circle magic. And who knows — maybe someday I’ll photograph Ava’s babies. Okay… wow. That thought feels wild — but also incredibly meaningful.
